The Birmingham Progressive Politics Group holds a monthly political discussion at the 1000 Trades Bar in the City’s Jewellery Quarter. Participants to the meetings come from  right across the West Midlands and even from Suffolk!

These events are free of charge and open to all. There is a limit on spaces so we ask people to register their attendance using the online booking link.

Meetings are held from 19.00 until 21.00 though those attending tend to begin congregating from 18.00. Food is available at the 1000 Trades.

July 19th:  The West Midlands Economy After Brexit

As the formal negotiations to leave the EU hit their stride Progressive Politics starts examining the impact of Brexit on our economy, our community and our everyday lives.

Our meeting on July 19th will focus on Brexit and the West Midlands Economy with the discussion led by Nick Stephens and Rebecca Riley.
